What to Know Before You Arrive
Reservations
The Spa at Griffin Gate warmly welcomes resort guests and local visitors. To ensure your preferred appointment time, we recommend booking at least one week in advance. A credit card is required to reserve your experience. Services are subject to availability, and pricing may vary during peak periods.
Your Arrival
To begin your journey in a state of ease, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service times with the full service price applied. For your peace of mind, we recommend leaving valuables at home, as the Spa at Griffin Gate is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Etiquette
To preserve the tranquility of the spa, access is reserved for guests receiving services. We welcome guests 13 years of age and older; those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and have a signed release form. We kindly ask that all mobile devices be silenced, and if needed, phone calls be taken outside the spa.
Please note: Guest intake forms must be completed prior to the start of services.
Cancellations
Should your plans change, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or modify your appointment. Cancellations with insufficient notice may incur charges up to the full price of the service. No-shows will be charged the full service price.
Gratuities
For your convenience, a 22% service charge is automatically added to each spa service, which includes a 15% gratuity for your provider. Additional gratuities are warmly appreciated but entirely at your discretion.
Payment Methods
We gladly accept all major credit cards, Marriott gift cards, SpaFinder gift cards, spa gift certificates, and room charges. (Cash and checks are not accepted.)
Wellness Policy
For your safety and the integrity of your spa experience, we kindly ask that you refrain from consuming alcohol before or after your treatments. Alcoholic beverages are not served within the spa. Guests arriving under the influence may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to cancellation fees.
Weddings & Groups
Celebrate your special day with relaxation and renewal. While we do not offer bridal hair or makeup services, we welcome wedding parties and guests to enjoy couples massages, facials, and our full range of spa treatments for a luxurious pre- or post-wedding escape.
